Hospital Policies
We ask all visitors to use respectful and appropriate language and behavior while they are with us.
We request that all pets be kept on a leash or in a pet carrier before entering the waiting room. Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings, and other pets.
Appointment Policies
OBVH primarily operates by appointment to ensure each patient receives ample time and attention. While we strive to stay on schedule, occasional delays or emergencies may occur due to the unpredictable nature of veterinary medicine. Rest assured, we remain committed to providing the attentive, personalized care you trust.
If you can’t make it to your appointment, please let our office know as soon as possible. If you need to cancel, we ask that you call us at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation helps another patient get the veterinary care they need.
We do our best to accommodate our clients’ busy schedules. If you are unable to be present for your pet’s appointment, please inquire about our convenient drop-off options.
Boarding Policy
We cannot accept animals for boarding if they exhibit aggressive behavior.
Payment Policy
We require payment at the time that services are rendered. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Care Credit, Apple Pay, and cash for your convenience. Please note that we cannot accept checks.
